1. Who we are
Dalla & Partners Ltd, a company incorporated in England & Wales (company number 11929668), registered office 27 Longbridge Road, Barking, IG11 8TN (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for personal data submitted through this website. Contact: [email protected].
2. What we collect
Only what you choose to send us - typically your name, work email, organisation and the content of your message when you make an enquiry. We do not ask for special-category data, and we ask that you do not include confidential client information in a first approach.
3. Why we hold it, and our lawful basis
We use enquiry data to respond to you and to consider whether we can be of service. Our lawful bases are our legitimate interests in operating and developing the practice and, where an engagement follows, the performance of a contract.
4. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for 24 months from last contact unless an engagement begins, in which case client records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus 6 years to meet professional and legal obligations.
5. Sharing and transfers
We share personal data only with our hosting and email providers under data-processing agreements, and with professional advisers where necessary. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on adequacy regulations or the UK IDTA/Addendum.
6. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under UK GDPR, exercisable via [email protected]. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
